Yes, your first month is completely free, no credit card required. This includes a complete player profile, 1 highlight video and 3 scout contacts. After the free month, you can continue with a paid plan to keep your video active and maintain full access. If you don't upgrade, your basic profile stays visible in the talent pool but your video is removed and contact limits are reduced.

For clubs and scouts, NextScout is always free, no subscription, no time limit.

No. NextScout is an exposure and visibility platform, not a placement agency. We have no authority to select or favor any candidate, recruitment decisions are made entirely by the clubs, scouts and universities themselves. A complete, well-presented profile with quality video content increases your chances of being contacted, but it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

NextScout is designed for players aged 14 to 21. Players under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to register, see the questions below on how that works.

NextScout is a global platform, built for players everywhere, with a particular focus on regions where great players are most often overlooked: Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. The platform is available in English, Spanish and French.

NextScout is operated by Delta International Consultancy LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Full details are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

At registration, the parent or legal guardian gives their full name and checks a box authorizing the minor's use of NextScout. Right after that, we ask for a photo of the guardian's ID document, uploaded from the player's dashboard. Until that document is submitted, the player's profile stays hidden from clubs, scouts and professionals, it won't appear in searches and can't be contacted.

Yes, at any time, by writing to hello@nextscout.app. We will deactivate the minor's profile.

It's stored in a private, access-restricted location, it is never shown publicly and is only used to confirm the authorization is real. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

A complete profile significantly increases your chances of being discovered. We recommend including:

• A clear, professional profile photo
• Full name, date of birth and nationality
• Playing position (up to 3), dominant foot and current level
• Height, weight and physical data
• Current club and previous club history
• Season statistics (goals, assists, matches)
• A short bio describing your playing style and goals
• At least 1 highlight video

Profiles that are 100% complete receive priority placement in search results.

Your profile is visible to registered clubs, scouts and professionals on NextScout. Your public profile link can also be shared directly, anyone with the link can view your profile and video without needing a NextScout account. If you're under 18, your profile is hidden from everyone until your guardian's authorization is complete.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@nextscout.app.

Browse the "Find a Professional" directory in your dashboard and use "Contact" to reach out and agree on the details directly. When you're ready to book, use "Hire services" to pay through NextScout instead of paying the professional directly. Paying through the platform means we hold the payment and can guarantee the service or refund you if it isn't delivered as agreed, paying outside the platform gets you none of that protection.

Each highlight video can be up to 30 seconds long. Keep it focused on your best moments, scouts and clubs watch dozens of videos and a sharp, well-edited 30-second clip is more effective than a long, unfocused video.

The number of videos depends on your plan:

• Basic: 1 video
• Premium: 3 videos
• Pro: 5 videos

More videos means more exposure. Players with 3+ videos receive significantly more profile views from scouts.

Yes, but with a 2-month cooldown period between replacements. This is to encourage players to upload their best content and to maintain quality standards across the platform.

After your free month, you can choose a paid plan to maintain full access. If you don't upgrade:

• Your highlight video is removed from your profile
• Your monthly scout contacts drop to 0
• Access to Pro Services is suspended
• Your basic profile remains active and visible in the talent pool

You can upgrade at any time to reactivate everything instantly.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if no plan benefits have been used (no video uploaded, no contacts sent). After 7 days or if plan features have been used, refunds are not available. We also don't issue refunds on the grounds that a plan didn't result in a trial, contract or scholarship, payment is for visibility and access, not a guaranteed outcome. Contact support@nextscout.app for refund requests.

Basic plan pricing ($5/month or $40/year) is the same worldwide. Premium and Pro plan pricing is adjusted for certain regions, players in Africa, Latin America and Central America benefit from reduced regional pricing automatically applied based on their location.

It's how we record that you've read and accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, along with the date and which version you accepted. It's required to create an account.

Yes, completely and permanently free. Clubs and scouts can search the full player database, apply filters, watch videos, contact players and post job offers at no cost. Paid services from verified professionals (technical reports, full selection processes, etc.) are available if you want a managed solution.

From the Scout Dashboard, search and filter players, then click "Contact" on any profile. NextScout sends a notification to the player with your organization's details and profile link, without exposing your direct email address. The player can then respond through the platform.

Yes. From your Scout Dashboard, you can post job offers for any professional role, fitness coaches, tactical analysts, physiotherapists, nutritionists, goalkeeping coaches and more. Professionals with Job Access can see the full offer and apply directly through the platform.

NextScout only stands behind professionals who carry our own verification seal, our team checks their qualification and confirms their experience before it's issued. Any professional listed without that seal has not been evaluated or supervised by NextScout. See our Verification Policy for the full detail.

Register as a professional and contact us at professional@nextscout.app with your credentials and experience for verification. Registration is free, you get 5 contacts/month at no cost. If you need more, our Basic ($3/mo or $30/year, 50 contacts/month) and Pro ($15/mo, unlimited contacts) plans are available anytime from your dashboard.

All plans include full access to the platform, search and your professional profile. The only difference is how many contact requests you can send per month: Free gives you 5/month at no cost, Basic ($3/mo or $30/year) gives you 50/month, and Pro ($15/mo) gives you unlimited contacts with both players and clubs.

Job Access unlocks the full detail of every open job offer (club, description, salary range) and lets you apply. Anyone can browse the title, role and country for free, Job Access is a separate monthly or annual subscription (see current pricing on the Opportunities page). It's independent from your professional plan above: you can have one, the other, or both at the same time.

When a club, scout or player books your service through NextScout, payment is held for 30 days to cover any issue, then paid out via Stripe Connect. NextScout's share is 50/50 on the first booking between you and that same party, then it drops to 80/20 in your favor from the second booking onward.

Once you've used all your contacts for the month, you won't be able to reach out to new players or clubs until your limit resets, unless you upgrade to a higher plan, which unlocks more contacts immediately. Your profile stays fully visible on the platform the whole time; only sending new contact requests is limited.

A Representative account is for player agents and agencies who manage multiple players. Instead of each player needing their own account, you create and manage complete profiles for the players you represent, including their videos, stats and career details, directly from your own dashboard. Any arrangement or agreement you have with your players is independent of NextScout.

We offer three plans: Basic ($15/mo, up to 3 players), Growth ($50/mo, up to 7 players) and Pro ($150/mo, up to 20 players). All plans include 2 highlight videos per player, monthly video updates, and a shared pool of contacts (20/60/100 depending on your plan) to reach out to clubs and scouts.

Yes, you can add, edit and remove players anytime from your dashboard, as long as you stay within your plan's player limit. If you need to represent more players than your current plan allows, simply upgrade to a higher tier.
